We specialise in partnership working in the fields of social care, education, health and criminal justice. In this context we have recently (2007) been awarded a four year contract by the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) under the Children’s Improvement Framework to support local partnerships in developing services.

Our consultancy services include:

We do not offer pre-packaged ‘solutions’ and all work is tailored to the specific needs and requirements of our client organisations. We are always willing to look at new areas of work, or to support the development of new and challenging approaches to service provision.

We offer an initial, free of charge, meeting to scope proposed projects, to enable us to prepare a detailed and costed proposal. On each contract we prefer to liaise with a named person or a small steering group throughout the project to help ensure that our work is relevant, on task, and that recommendations can be successfully implemented. We ensure that our prices are competitive and represent good value for money.
